Secrets to Eliminate Nervous Sweating and Anxiety Attacks with Panic Away

One result from an anxiety or panic away can be excessive sweating or Hyperhidrosis. If stuck in an uncomfortable or difficult situation such as a first date, giving a presentation or talking to a group of colleagues, excessive sweating can leave you with extremely sweaty palms, puddles under your arms, and embarrassing beads of sweat on your forehead.

Many with anxiety complain that they get nervous because they sweat, then they sweat more because they are nervous. They constantly check their underarms or hands for sweat. This makes them become more self-conscious and can lower their self-esteem leaving them feel less confident. Depression may even be a result from a person suffering with excessive sweating, but there is HELP.

Tips To Ease Excessive Sweating

  1. Eat a Healthy Diet. See my article at www.panicawaybonuspackage.com/blog on why this is so important to reduce anxiety symptoms
  2. Drink herbal teas that help to reduce stress. These teas should contain St. John’s Wort, lemon balm or chamomile. Also, whether black, green or oolong drinking tea causes Theanine an amino acid to be produced and helps reduce our stress making our minds more clear.
  3. Exercise at least 2 -3 times per week.
  4. Rest and relaxation. Treat yourself to a relaxing bath with essential oils, curl up with a good book, put on some soothing music with candles, whatever it takes to help you to take care of “you”.
  5. Practice yoga or meditation. Get in tune with your body this is a great way to get focused.
  6. Reduce unnecessary stress where you can. We all have stress in our lives, some more than others but if you take a close look there is always some way you can reduce it, whether it’s letting something go or finally dealing with it once and for all.
  7. Regular Water Intake. Take a look at one of my previous articles at www.panicawaybonuspackage.com/blog on how drinking enough water can actually ease anxiety symptoms.
  8. Quit smoking – enough said.
  9. Clinical strength anti-perspirant, such as Secret.

Medications used to treat excessive sweating are only treating the symptom and not the underlying cause, the natural way is always best.

How to Adopt Meditation into Your Life to Ease Panic Away From You

Meditating can bring an inner calm to your spirit. The goal is to get your mind to a deeper state of relaxation or personal awareness.

It can also increase blood flow through decreased heart rate and can reduce blood pressure and anxiety attacks (learn more with panicaway). Through meditation a person can gain a higher self esteem and self confidence.

Work, responsibilities, activities and parenting keep us so wound up. Meditating is a powerful process to help quiet your mind and de-stress. It can bring inner peace and freedom, making you a more effective decision maker, and propels you toward a more positive and grateful attitude in life. Through meditation we can learn how to be content with “who” we are. You will develop a genuine happiness that doesn’t come from external or materialistic things and can be powerful in alleviating depressive or anxious thoughts.

How to Meditate:

1. Set aside enough time to meditate daily even if it`s just 5 minutes. A good goal to aim for is 20-30 minutes each day.
2. Find a quiet environment and sit in a position that is comfortable for you. Whether sitting on a chair on the ground with or without a cushion keep your feet firmly planted on the ground and make sure your back is straight.
3. Lower your eyes and gaze to the floor or you can close your eyes, whatever feels best for you.
4. Breathe deeply and slowly.
5. Concentrate on each body part and start trying to relax each muscle. This takes time but start at your toes and work all the way to your head until you can feel yourself becoming more relaxed.
6. At first, allow your thoughts to come and go with detachment. You will get to a point where you will be able to control your thoughts, your thoughts will no longer control you.
7. Your goal is to focus on “nothing“. This will be difficult at first because our mind wants to wander a mile a minute but try to concentrate on the flow of your breath instead or the physical sensations your body is experiencing. If this is too difficult in the beginning you may want to play a meditation cd with soothing music so you can concentrate on the music. Then move on to quiet when you’re ready. Simple silence is the goal.
8. When you notice thoughts, gently let them go and refocus on your breath.
9. Rest in the moment.
10. Then gently lift up your gaze or open your eyes and return to each body part again, slowing awaking and being aware of each muscle from your toes to your head.

Be mindful of your thoughts even when you’re not meditating. If you make meditating your ‘daily’ goal you will start to feel happier and more calm. And be patient. Trying to silence your mind isn’t easy but with persistence you can do it. Although meditating requires much dedication and focus the benefits make it all worth while!

How Eating A Healthy Diet Can Ease Anxiety Attacks and How Panic Away Can Help

Eat a healthy well balanced diet to ease the anxiety or panic attacks that keep you in bondage.

Anxiety sufferers are usually deficient in vitamins and minerals such as the B-complex vitamins and magnesium.

B-Complex: Help the nervous system to function properly and help to bring energy to people who are constantly stressed.
Magnesium: Helps muscles to relax and maintenance of the heart muscle.

Reach for a healthy meal or snack instead of your favorite ‘comfort’ foods that only comfort you temporarily, it will help to reduce stress, give you more energy and can even keep your mood and emotions more stable.

Reduce or eliminate refined products or anything white like white bread, white rice, white pasta or white sugar these will leave you sluggish afterward and can contribute to mood swings.

Limit your caffeinated beverages. Consume in moderation, considered as a mild stimulant it affects the nervous system by increasing your heart rate. Also a diuretic, it can increase water loss through urination. Healthier alternatives would be water, herbal tea, milk or natural fruit juice.

So eat foods that give you a boost!

What Do I Eat?

  1. Eating fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can boost the body’s stores of vitamins and minerals that are depleted by prolonged stress.
  2. Eat yogurt. Yogurt contains B-12 which can help in producing healthy nerve cells.
  3. Incorporate beans to your diet. Whether lentils, soybeans, navy or pinto they contain optimal amounts of magnesium that aids in muscle relaxation.
  4. Salmon or chicken. Optimal amounts of niacin (B-3) which is needed for overall energy production.
  5. Nuts or seeds. Particularly almonds and pumpkin seeds they are rich in vitamin B12 and zinc which helps to boost your mood.
  6. Chocolate, certainly last but not least. Now we’re talking this isn`t just any kind of chocolate though it needs to be dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is rick in magnesium which so many people are deficient in. Look for the highest percentage of cocoa.
  7. Foods high in fiber, such as brown rice, brown bread, whole wheat pasta and low in salt.
  8. Add spinach, turkey and greens to your diet. These foods contain tryptophan which helps to regulate your appetite and can improve your sleep at night.
  9. Munch on celery. Celery contains active compounds called phthalides, which can help relax the muscles around arteries and allow those vessels to dilate. With more space inside the arteries, this can reduce blood pressure.
  10. Skip the trans-fats. These are all bad for your heart so if it says “hydrogenated“ or “modified“ stay away.

Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results overnight, it takes time, it may be even a couple of weeks before you feel any changes. Being a former anxiety sufferer for over a decade when I adopted new dietary changes my whole body and mind felt healthier and stronger.

Excessive Blushing Caused By Social Anxiety Can Be Cured Learn More With Panic Away

Do you suffer from facial redness or blushing when you get uncomfortable?

Blushing is a symptom of social anxiety. Excessive blushing is a reaction to a strong emotion caused by a situation where you feel anxious, uncomfortable or embarrassing like a presentation in front of people perhaps, meeting your date for the first time, a job interview, or having to meet lots of people at a big party. The flight or fight response increases the activity of the sympathetic nervous system releasing adrenaline into the bloodstream. This widens blood vessels, altering and relaxing the blood vessels underneath the skin which increases the volume of blood going to the skin. It is here we experience facial redness or blushing. Nervous blushing from social anxiety makes people fearful that they will be seen as weak or shy.

When you feel the redness coming on from a situation of discomfort it’s almost impossible to stop it. It’s critical to get to the root cause or the reasons why you’re feeling uncomfortable in that situation, if your nervous blushing is affecting our ability to interact with others you need to start digging. Treating the cause in this way will help to make you more comfortable in that social situation. I use to suffer from severe blushing and it was holding me back from attending certain events because I found it too embarrassing. However, when I learned to deal with it and face those emotions it started to get better. I noticed the more I tried to stop it the more I would experience it, I had to get to the “root” and confront the feelings I had. Self acceptance is important in the cure to blushing along with increasing ones self esteem and confidence.

Blushing is a natural reaction to emotions. The more you worry or concentrate on blushing the more it seems to reoccur, so acknowledge your feelings and try to let it go and carry on through the event. You can learn to lessen the intensity or frequency and one day you’ll notice that you don’t even worry about it anymore.

After experiencing relief from blushing I purchased the Panic Away program to eliminate my anxiety attacks that I had suffered with for so many years. I did a lot of research on anxiety and decided to start the trusted Panic Away Program.

You can have the same freedom and get your life back and YOU back to your care-free self.

Drinking water is so important to keep your body healthy and helping to alleviate anxiety symptoms..

Every organ in the body heavily depends on water to function properly and to its capacity. We are mostly water. The human body is 69% water. The brain is 85% water, bones 35% water, blood 83% water and the liver 90% water. (Resource: Watershed Wellness Center)

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, and difficulty focusing and it is estimated that 75% of Americans are dehydrated. It may be difficult to drink the recommended daily water intake of 8 glasses a day, our schedules are so busy but try to keep a water bottle with you all the time. When you start to feel thirsty your body is telling you that it’s already dehydrated. Make sure you don’t overdo it on your alcoholic beverages or caffeinated drinks; they actually dehydrate you that’s why with alcohol you get that terrible ‘hangover’because your body is crying out for water.

Signs of Moderate Dehydration

Is Your Anxiety Inherited – Doesn’t Matter With Panic Away

While there seem to be different opinions I believe the answer is yes and no. Anxiety can be from many different factors including, genetic, conditioning, situational or a brain pattern or way of thinking that is passed down from generations. Regardless of where your anxiety or panic came from, you can fix it now with Panic Away and live an anxiety free life.

Biological causes, childhood circumstances, trauma or inherited risk factors all can set you up to experience painful anxiety problems. Even though reports have commented that if it runs in your family your chances of developing anxiety or panic is higher, it doesn’t mean you will.

You are more likely to develop panic or anxiety disorder if your personality is predisposed to be more excitable, reactive or anxious. But it’s not the only factor.

Experts also point it to parenting or conditioning. Your parents having a fearful atttitude themselves could predispose you to a life of fear as well. If they had high standards or were perfectionists it could make you more critical about yourself which could lead to a fearful view of the world and a doubtful, anxious personality. If they were over protective and taught you that the world is a dangerous place that can cause you to have excessive worry and anxiety.

At the end of the day it doesn’t really matter how your anxiety started, you can beat it and live anxiety free. Stop avoiding your fears, confront your anxiety and put in all your effort to do the work that needs to be done. Panic Away can help you to experience tremendous relief from the chains of anxiety or panic. I know I was a former anxiety sufferer for over a decade.

You don’t have to keep living with your anxiety or panic attacks, Panic Away written by a long time anxiety sufferer has the key to conquering anxiety and panic attacks and after trying different things throughout the years this is the only thing that’s worked.
