I regret spending so much time in my life worrying. I’ve worried about my debt, my kids, horrible diseases, bad relationships, being laid off, my home always in perfect condition. Thank goodness, Panic Away came to my rescue!

Worrying accounts for nothing but wasted energy and hours of time that you will never get back. And of course, excessive worry leads to anxiety.

Do you want to spend your whole time needlessly worrying?? Then I finally decided that I was wasting so much precious time, I wanted to enjoy life more and that meant putting an end to worry, that’s when I adopted the strategies. And believe me, it works! Let’s take a look now at how we can stop worrying less:

Take action on what you can change and learn to accept what you cannot change.

When you catch yourself worrying use the finger cut across the neck motion to stop yourself and change your thought.

Don’t constantly talk about your problems it makes it too easy for you to feel sorry for yourself.

Try to think of problems as opportunities to take action.

Write down an alternative thought to the worry that is more positive and realistic.

If a problem seems to big break it down into smaller steps. Don’t go fast forward and worry about steps 2, 3, and 4 until you’ve accomplished step 1. This one was hard for me.

Learn how to breathe. Breathe in slowly to the count of five and breathe out slowly to the count of five. Do this for 5 minutes.

Accept uncertainty. We all want to have everything planned out and know the future well in advance but that’s not possible, so relax and take it one day at a time.

When you’ve done your best to deal with a situation, stop analyzing, let it go and go on to the next thing. This one was hard for me too.

Keep the faith. Give those anxious or worrisome thoughts to a force greater than yourself.

Get Real – Ask yourself these questions:

•	If a friend had this worry what would I say?
•	How is worrying about the situation helping me?
•	Are my worrisome thoughts true or not true?
•	What am I scared of?

Panic Away will help you get to the root of your anxiety, confront your fear and move you through it! Your anxiety attacks will be gone!. A program so powerful it will make your anxiety attacks a thing of the past!

I can’t stop raving about this program, it will eliminate your anxiety or panic attacks for good!

Performing regular physical exercise is a simple means in how to stop a panic attack as it helps reduce anxiety. The build up of adrenaline and stress chemicals can be reduced by exercise, helping reduce feelings of tension and anxiety. Another benefit of exercise is a boost in self-confidence and motivation.

Exercise equals less stress, meaning less wasted energy, and more physical and mental energy. By exercising regularly you encourage deeper and more restful sleep at night. A refreshing night sleep is a wonderfully natural way to restore energy and enhance mood and wellbeing.

A lot of people avoid exercise like the plague. The ones that do start, may go for a few weeks and give up because of laziness or from lack of results. But there is a better way to tackle exercise.

Fact is, you don’t need to go to the gym to exercise, and it can be fun. Why not get into a sport, or try martial arts, swimming or even yoga, which are great for you physically and mentally. You can also choose to exercise at home with your own fitness equipment or fitness DVD. With less stress hormones in the body, the brain and body can function at better capacity.

Other cures for panic attacks include relaxation activities and meditation. When we feel physically relaxed we feel mentally relaxed which is why physical relaxation is such a benefit. There are many people who think that the only time they can truly relax is when they’re on vacation.

This is certainly not the case. It doesn’t matter where you are, relaxation can be practiced anywhere. So even if you’re at the office, waiting at a bus stop or listening to the kids scream you can take control of your emotions.

Once you master relaxation you can use it as a tool in times of stress or when you need a time out. When the mind isn’t inhibited by negative emotions it can perform at a higher state. What this does is put you in the right frame of mind to tackle what the day throws at you. When you think with clarity, your mind functions with rationale and logic, and this can help you dissolve anxious and fearful thoughts which can lead to an anxiety attack.

It can seem almost impossible for some to relax their mind for even just a few minutes. Really, it just takes practice of relaxation and breathing exercises. Combining visualization techniques and positive affirmations is also a great way to combat anxiety and stress.

The practice of meditation goes back thousands of years. It’s believed by some that to meditate it takes years of dedication to learn but it’s not true. It isn’t just reserved for those looking for spiritual enlightenment either. It can be that, but it’s also a tool for deep mental and physical rest and relaxation.

Regular meditation will help you remain relaxed throughout the day and deal with stress much more easily. Relaxation throughout the day is key in helping improve anxiety. Over time you may see a dramatic positive difference from these simple Tips For Panic Attacks.
